ScotiaBank Renews RHTYSC Support

The Bank of Nova Scotia has renewed its sponsorship of the Rose Hall Town Youth and Sports Club (RHTYSC).

Scotiabank is extending its relationship with cricket by becoming an Official Partner for the first season of the 2013 Limacol Caribbean Premier League (LCPL). The sponsorship is part of the bank’s commitment to supporting cricket across the region.

BCB/Scotiabank Academy Monday

The sixth annual Berbice Cricket Board/Scotia Bank Academy is set to commence on Monday at the Area H ground, Rose Hall.

Seventy-one promising junior players will participate in the one-week academy under the watchful eyes of coaches Michael Hyles Franco, Winston Smith, Renwick Batson and Albert Smith.

Scotia Bank continued its relationship with the Berbice Cricket Board by pumping $330,000 into the hosting of the sixth annual Berbice Cricket Board academy and the board’s three educational programmes.

BCB Hosts Scotia Bank Cricket Academy

The Berbice Cricket Board will be hosting the fifth annual Scotia Bank Cricket Academy from July 28 at the Area H ground, Rose Hall.

A total of 90 promising cricketers from the Under-13 to Under-19 level, including females, have been invited by the Junior Selection Committee of the BCB to be a part of the Academy.
